Consulting Process

Consulting Process:

Identification of Issues: Many of the issues and problems faced by companies and organizations seem to involve several interrelated issues and problems. Sometimes, addressing a single core issue or problem can resolve everything at once, and sometimes it cannot.

The identification of issues requires several tasks:

  1. List the items that are considered issues or problems.
  2. Divide them into two groups: major issues and problems (large group) and minor issues and problems (small group).
  3. Examine whether each item in the (large group) and (small group) can be further broken down.
  4. Once this work is done, connect the broken-down items in the (large group) and (small group) with lines. It does not matter if they are divided into multiple items. By performing these tasks, you can see what the issues are and what needs to be done.

At this point, consulting is almost unnecessary. All that remains is to implement what needs to be done! My role is to participate in teamwork with an external perspective from each organization. My main role is to assist those who are concerned about how to proceed with projects, especially in cross-cultural situations.
